Gig backdrops and band banners are part of the kit for serious performers. I have worked with hundreds of Australian bands on woven fabric that travels well, packs down small, and reads clearly from the floor to the back of the room.
Make Sure the Photos Belong to Your Band
Whether you play pubs, clubs or festivals, almost everyone in the audience has a camera in their pocket. A good stage backdrop makes sure that when they take a photo or video, your band name goes home with them.
It also means the photos you share afterwards actually promote the band, rather than showing a great performance against somebody else’s curtains, beer signs or a blank wall.
There is more to a backdrop than the printing. I'll help you get the size right for the stages you actually play, and I'll go through your artwork so the backdrop owns the stage before you do.
Print quality and finish should be a given. It's the extra attention that saves you from an expensive mistake.

How Ordering Works
There is no shop cart. You describe the job, I quote it, you approve proofs, then production starts.
- Pick a product and send sizes, or a venue photo if you are unsure
- Named backdrop sizes and 2026 Mates Rates are on the Hot Sheet. See band backdrops or the band backdrop size guide
- Supply print-ready artwork, or ask for layout help from your logo
- Review proofs by email before anything prints
- Mates Rates: the usual band prices via proof and deposit. No membership or coupon code
- Typical production is around 8–10 working days after you approve the proof. I will confirm timing for your gig

Band banner or backdrop: which do I need first?
- Many bands start with a banner sized to their most common stage. Full backdrops suit acts ready to invest in a wider stage look. Send a photo of your performance space if you want a recommendation.
What materials do you use?
- Woven fabric, Supa-Tuff and Blockout options, rather than old PVC vinyl banners. They are made to handle, fold, and travel.
Can you help if we only have a logo?
- Yes. That is a normal starting point. I'll tell you honestly if the file needs redrawing before it will look good at banner size.
